Contactless Delivery

You can be reassured by our contactless delivery. Our delivery team will place the package on your doorstep, knock on your door, then step back. We will not require a signature but will simply ask for a name. If you are not available to answer the door we will retry delivery on the following working day.

Delivery Options

All deliveries unless time specific will be made between 7am and 9pm. Please note orders will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested on special instructions

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 days) - £ 4.50 / Free ( Spend over £50.00 )
    Contactless delivery, 7 days a week between 8am-8pm
    Standard Delivery takes 3-5 days. Once despatched you will receive updates from the courier. 
  • Premium Express Delivery (2 working days) - £ 7.50
    Delivered Monday-Friday 8am-8pm.
    Premium Express delivery takes 2 working days, order by 4pm. Once despatched you will receive updates from the courier. 
  • International Delivery Services
    We deliver to selected international locations across Europe. Select a country in the basket to see the delivery cost.

  • Import Duty
    Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees orlevies may apply according to local legislation.
    Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case the delivery may be delayed. Blacks cannot offer any assistance in these processes.

    To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold.
  • Customs Clearance
    Orders are customs cleared in transit and customers are always contacted with enough time to achieve the delivery timescale advertised. Customers must ensure they provide a valid phone number and email address to avoid any delays in clearance.
  • Product Restrictions
    Regulations prohibit us from sending certain products to International locations.
    Restrictions are highlighted within product descriptions and during checkout whereapplicable.
  • Tracking
    We will keep you informed about the progress of your order by Email. Orders can be tracked after dispatch from our warehouse whilst the parcel is still in the UK. Once the parcel has arrived in the destination country it is passed to the local postal service and becomes subject to their standard delivery practices.
