1. Sleeve the bag with knit cover(Knit cover it optional)
2. Fill bag ¾ full with hot water(Temperature at about 80℃ recommended).
3. Tightly screw up bag and ready to use.

1. Remove the knit cover, fill bag with cold water and screw back the lid.
2. For microwave heating, heating time should not exceed 3 minutes, and empty bag heating is prohibited.
3. Please stop heating of expansion and other abnormal conditions while heating in microwave, and do not open the microwave.
4. When not in use, drain out water and inject appropriate amount air, store in shade.
